Our Family Support & Stability Program is being developed to help individuals and families overcome challenges, strengthen relationships, and create a foundation for long-term stability.

We understand that raising a family, navigating financial hardships, and managing unexpected life circumstances can be overwhelming. Our goal is to ensure families feel supported, connected, and empowered. 

Our planned areas of support include:

• Parenting Support: Providing guidance, encouragement, and connections to parenting resources.

• Family Strengthening: Helping families build healthy relationships, improve communication, and create stable home environments.

• Incarceration & Reentry Family Support: Connecting individuals returning home and their loved ones with resources to support reunification, stability, and successful transitions.

• Community Resource Connections: Helping families access housing resources, childcare assistance, food programs, and other essential services.

• Family Stability Guidance: Supporting families as they navigate difficult circumstances and work toward greater independence.

• Job Readiness: Assisting individuals with résumé preparation, interview skills, and job-search strategies.

• Employment Resources: Connecting individuals with job opportunities, workforce development programs, and community employment partners.

• Career Development: Providing guidance on educational opportunities, vocational training, and career advancement.

• Financial Empowerment: Connecting individuals with financial literacy resources, budgeting education, and money management tools.

• Reentry Employment Support: Helping individuals affected by incarceration identify employment resources and overcome barriers to reentering the workforce.
